We are a third-party commercial debt collection agency that assists our clients in recovering outstanding commercial debts. We do not process personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), as we do not offer services to or have customers in those regions. Therefore, we are not subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 4.SMS Terms of Service

 

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from AMA Recovery Group. This includes SMS messages for conversations (external). 5.Data Retention

 

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for debt collection:

•Active debts: Until resolution plus 7 years for legal compliance.

•Resolved debts: 7 years from resolution.

•Usage data: 12 months.

 

After retention periods, we securely delete or anonymize data.

Verification: Provide name, email, and last 4 digits of SSN or account number. Agents need written authorization. Respond within 45 days (extendable to 90).
